"Bacia" - meaning "she kisses" in Italian - is a title that fits well. It reflects the wine's harmonious balance and the gentle touch achieved through meticulous vineyard management and biodynamic and gentle winemaking practices. This wine is delicate, yet persistent, subtle, yet unforgettable.

Bacia is drawn from a particular parcel of the San Giuseppe estate. The plot lies between 250 and 350 meters above sea level, overlooking the Ombrone River. This site is blessed with mineral-rich soils - alberese, sandstone, and volcanic black earth among them - each contributing to the wine's signature vibrancy and energy.

The 2019 BACIA is a vintage marked by poise and patience. The wine reveals a soulful transparency - graceful fruit, lifted aromatics, and a finely etched structure that speaks to a cooler, more balanced growing season.
