The Mulinevecchio is composed of 80% Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese), blended with 10% Canaiolo Nero and 10% Colorino. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and concrete, the wine is then aged for 30 months in traditional large oak botti - crafted from a mix of French and Slavonian oak - followed by extended bottle aging to achieve remarkable depth and elegance.

In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby hue with garnet reflections. The nose is captivating, offering an aromatic tapestry of truffle, tilled earth, rose petals, and exotic spices like star anise.
