In the heart of Lombardy's famous Franciacorta region, Antica Fratta stands as a testament to Italian winemaking heritage and refined craftsmanship. Established in 1979 by Franco Ziliani, a pioneer of modern Franciacorta, the estate revitalized a historic 19th century villa and its remarkable underground cellars, originally curved into the rock by Luigi Rossetti in the 1800's.
Today, Antica Fratta cultivates 50 hectares of vineyards, producing up to 300 000 bottles annually. Each wine is crafted using the traditional method, with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in sparkling wines that embody the elegance and complexity of Franciacorta wines.
